The defendant was convicted in San Bernardino Superior Courthouse on one count of felony animal cruelty. Ms. Richie was sentenced to three years formal probation as well as search and seizure of property by Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A. throughout her probation. In addition, Ms. Richie is ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $669.00 as a result veterinary care.
