Defendants are Guilty August 2011, a search warrant was served
to the owners of 13 Chihuahuas, living in inhumane conditions. The dogs were kept in tiny cramped wire cages, filled with their own feces and urine. They had no water and the only food they had were rotting chicken bones. IVHS rescued all the Chihuahuas and gave them proper medical care. In court January 12th, Delia Muniz, Raquel Demuniz and Cervantes Muniz all plead guilty to 14 counts misdemeanor animal cruelty charges. The defendants are on probation for two years, cannot own any animals and are subject to search and seizure by IVHS.
